DIY Garden Rooms Manchester

Our DIY Self-Build Garden Rooms are available in six models, three kit options and a range of sizes, designed to complement any home and garden while adding versatile space and value.

Kit Options:

Shell Kit: Includes the insulated structure, ready for you to finish both internally and externally to your own specifications, giving you complete flexibility in the room’s style and purpose.
Shell and External Kit: Comes with the insulated structure and external finishes, allowing you to choose and complete the interior to suit your needs.
Complete Kit: Designed for convenience and comfort, this option features pre-finished internal and external walls. Your chosen cladding is pre-fitted to rails, ready to secure in place, and windows and doors are pre-installed in the frames, leaving only the glass to fit. The internal walls and ceiling have a smart MDF finish, ready for painting, with a choice of laminate flooring or carpet tiles included.

Supplied as pre-manufactured SIPs kits, our Garden Rooms are accompanied by clear instructions and drawings. They are carefully designed for quick and easy assembly, making them perfect for capable DIY enthusiasts or builders.

Flat Pack Granny Annexes

Our collection of one- and two-bedroom granny annexe kits is thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable living spaces for family members, offering a perfect balance of interior and exterior style. Crafted with our pre-manufactured Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) system, these annexes represent an innovative construction approach, ensuring sustainability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Our annexes are designed to comply with BS3632 or Part L of Building Regulations, ensuring high standards of safety and energy efficiency.

The pre-manufactured nature of SIP panels offers a significantly reduced site installation time compared to traditional construction methods, such as masonry or timber framing. Additionally, SIPs construction is highly airtight, reducing cold bridges in the wall build-up, which leads to lower energy consumption for heating and cooling rooms.
